Fitness & Kohawk Tennis

One of our goals as a Coaching Staff this year was an increased emphasis on Footwork and Fitness. We have incorporated some new drills & equipment. One of the Footwork drills is to "hand-toss" balls to various baseline locations......the photograph depicts the end result of this tiring drill, 4 empty carts of tennis balls to pick up!






In focusing on Team Fitness we(mostly Coach Kris with a few suggestions from me) are working on developing our own unique method of Tennis Fitness Training that we plan on refining through this year and unveil around December of 2011. With Coach Rob serving as Timekeeper, Coach Kris puts the Women's Team through one of our new workouts using an assortment of training aids.
