Coach Rodgers is busy this morning collecting Regional results for input into the KTeR quantitative ranking system (our own project, started last year, to supplement the current subjective/committee released NCAA rankings).
Today also marks the start of the faculty/staff 10 week COrE wellness challenge at Coe. The newly released Kohawk Fit blog will have results, nutrition tips, etc if want to follow along and/or use as a resource for your own health and well-being!
