Wellness Wednesday

As a tennis player, tennis coach, fitness enthusiast, SuperFood guru, athlete and parent, the following information has recently contributed to my own Wellness.  If you're reading our blog, you likely fit at least one of the categories above (i.e. are a tennis player).  As such, I am hoping that something resonates with you, and contributes to your WELLNESS:

Nutrition:  The Original 14 SuperFoods!  Read it.  Know it!

Tennis Training:  According to the following video/resource, cardio may be killing your tennis.  Tennis is more anaerobic in nature.  This is true, especially of, the modern day Men's game.  Ask for Coach Rodgers' opinion on the matter.......the Spanish old-school approach is in transition, Fed is leading the charge in terms of adaptation (to maximize his success within his 3rd era), etc.
