Men's D3 Pre-Season Tennis Rankings

As many of you know I have spent the last 15 years or so on various Ranking and Selection Committees. Now free of those commitments, I thought I would try to expand on what others(the ITA and the D3 Blogger) do by compiling a ranking of the top 60 Men's Teams within the NCAA D3 with hopes and expectations that the list will grow to 75 schools during the season like our NCAA D1 counterparts. Since this is strictly one person's research & opinion, bias and errors will no doubt occur.
